This software is really great and easy to use. I found it super intuitive, making my tasks a breeze.

Whenever I run into a problem (thanks to my accountants, not the software), the FreeAgent crew has been fantastic. I rely on their live chat, and they provide me with tons of assistance and guidance. They even advised me on what to communicate to the accountants to make things easier. Simply brilliant!

I only started using it because my accountant told me I had to for MTD. I manage a couple of rental properties, and now it takes me four times longer to get things done. It's really not user-friendly at all.

I genuinely adore this software and I'm excited to suggest it to others (after dealing with a bunch of awful accountants, I'm relieved to have found this tool, so I won't need one!).

I signed up during the holiday season, and while there were a few things that puzzled me, the support team was fantastic. I even set up two calls to chat with them and sort out any lingering questions, so now I'm all set with the software. I'm eager to file my year-end accounts through the platform.

There are a couple of features I wish for - first, it would be awesome to manually refresh the banking feeds instead of waiting for the next day for updates. Sometimes you just want everything sorted right away! Even allowing, say, 10 manual updates a month would be more than enough.

The other thing is being able to handle my confirmation statement through FreeAgent. That would mean I could manage all my filings (including corporate tax, payroll RTI, year-end accounts, and self-assessment) using this one fantastic piece of software.

This accounting software is super user-friendly for folks running small businesses. I've had it for roughly a year. It required a bit of adjustment, but overall, the design is appealing, vibrant, and straightforward.

The support crew is quite courteous, quick to respond, and well-informed. I’ve been genuinely impressed, especially since it was included at no additional charge with my bank account.
